Disrupting the Industry
Disruption for its own sake doesn't make any sense. As a startup or a person with an idea - you need to understand what and why you are disrupting. Who will benefit from the massive improvement you're bringing to your space? One must find a way to basically benefit all the customers, the suppliers, AND the company. In this panel, you'll hear from three entrepreneurs and business owners whose companies have disrupted their respective industries - making waves of progress and providing massive benefit to the industry they are serving, as well as its consumers. Pilo Gonzalez, and his company, Parlevel, have created major change and had success in disrupting the vending management industry. Jon Larson, and his company, MedSpoke, have expedited the process of credentialing in the medical and healthcare industries, leading to a solution that will ideally impact a great change on the physician shortage, and Yousef Kassim, and his company Easy Expunctions, shook up the legal scene by providing an affordable, efficient solution for clearing legal records of nagging, outdated misdemeanors. Regardless of the industry, success will often come from disrupting it with the right solution. This panel will provide insight from entrepreneurs who have magnificently disrupted their industries to bring forth great companies and great change.
